We hire instructors who are directly from Spanish-speaking countries, meaning we offer true, high-quality bilingual childcare training programs.
We focus our training in Spanish, but we offer bilingual trainings so people can feel comfortable depending on the language they speak most often. Which shows how much value Magic Garden Foundation places on the importance of bilingual education. Through structured, thorough lessons and classes, students in our program will become CDA certified and be ready to continue on their way in the child care profession!
Since starting in 2012, Mis Niños has helped more than 50 child care providers to move toward their dream of becoming CDA certified. Eighty-percent of our students so far have gotten their certification as a Child Development Associate (CDA) by the Council of Washington, which certifies these results. Daycare professionals in our trainings attend classes. The average time it takes to earn your CDA certification is 2 years. That being said, Magic Garden Foundation wants to get you started on your professional journey as soon as possible! Even if you already have your CDA, it’s beneficial to your career to stay updated on new childcare information that’s released every few years. Also, with our bilingual teachings, we can help you stay fresh with your Spanish or English– whichever language isn’t your natural language.
We understand that our daycare professionals are lead busy professional and personal lives, which is why we offer a variety of training and classes options to accommodate their schedules. Magic Garden Foundation offers different training options per year:

This training is offered monthly the first or second Saturday.
Each class has to have a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 12 in order to follow Red Cross requirements.
